What do we do?

Graphic Design / Branding

We create everything from business cards, Word templates/presentations, to brochures, catalogs, stamps, posters for trade fairs, events...

Web Development / Digital

We update your website. We can upload articles and products to your site, add sections, etc. We develop simple applications with no-code apps.

Corporate Communication

Need to advertise? We coordinate mailings, meta ads, newsletters, marquee ads, and offline ads.

How do we do onboarding?

Quick: Send us your branding and website materials. We’ll give you access to the online dashboard. Orders ready to start.

How are orders tracked?

We adapt to your needs, but on our end, everything is managed through a Kanban board. You see your orders as “in progress,” “ready for printing,” “awaiting your approval,” and “uploaded to the website.” No lost emails.

How are large orders handled?

We break down projects into tasks. If the project is urgent, large, or requires multiple teams (e.g., a website from scratch with specialized hosting or a large-scale event), we’ll provide a separate quote. This will be added to your monthly fee, month by month, for the duration of the project. We’re always transparent.

Can you work with my usual suppliers (printer, hosting, agency)?

Of course. We’ll talk to whomever you choose and coordinate everything so you only have to check the result.

Is there a limit to the number of requests that can be made?

No, the sky’s the limit, but they’ll be done one by one.

Can you adjust the plan if my company grows or changes pace?

Yes. You can adjust the subscription, pause or extend it according to your monthly usage.

What kind of web support do you offer?

Especially WordPress and Shopify: updates, plugins, servers…

What type of work is not included in the subscription?

3D design, video, complex animations, complex web development. These would be quoted separately, but under the same philosophy: you would be paying extra for a few months while the project lasts.

How do you manage confidentiality/data protection?

We signed a confidentiality agreement when we began our collaboration. Your data and files are secure and only shared with the designers/suppliers working on your projects.

How are billing, taxes, and payments handled?

Monthly invoice. All prices are clear, with no surprises. Payments can be made by bank transfer, receipt, PayPal, or your preferred method.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with a design?

We’ll review it together. Revisions are included, until you’re completely satisfied. We adapt to your style. We’re your design department.

Do you work 24/7? What happens if I have an emergency?

We’re not online all day, only during office hours. Projects are done according to priority and planning. We understand that project planning is essential.

Who are we?

A modest creative agency led by Mikel Gainzarain , with extensive experience at agencies like Ogilvy and as an entrepreneur.

With the ambition to do things differently and work with large clients and soon to be large clients. Based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.

Our core mission is to change the relationship between companies and agencies, because things don’t have to be difficult.
