What tools do you use for automation?

It depends on what suits you best. It could range from needing something simple in Canva or Gamma, to automating the communication of a course or product from your database to the website, and from there to Instagram or LinkedIn with Make or n8n.

Do we need any subscriptions on platforms like Canva or Gamma?

It would depend on your workflows; a free plan might work, but generally, a €9 per month plan would cover most use cases.

On our end, you wouldn’t have any subscription. We deliver everything ready to go, so you and your team can manage it.

What if my team knows nothing about design?

That’s okay. We don’t teach design theory, but rather how to use templates and automation step by step so that the pieces come out coherent and professional.

How long does it take to have everything set up?

What if we need changes or more templates later?

We can add an extra review session or a mini update pack. We’ve made this clear from the start so there are no surprises.

What is the difference between this and your 'design department' service?

The goal here is for your team to be self-sufficient.
At “Your Design Department,” we create the pieces month after month. If you only need a couple of special pieces, that’s fine too.

Who are We?

A modest studio created by Mikel Gainzarain with extensive experience in agencies like Ogilvy and as an entrepreneur, working with both land small clients.

With the ambition to do things differently and work with both big clients and clients who dream big. Based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.
